Context and purpose of the job within the organization

The purpose is to manage and develop PrecisionIR Media Partnerships to ensure long-term partner satisfaction and loyalty, implementation of program to fullest potential and maximum contribution.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years Sales or Account Management experience; bilingual
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute professional account management and development
Experience in Financial Industry is a plus but not a requirement
College degree required with Business and Marketing concentration recommended
Post-Graduate Business and Marketing degree a plus

Channel Partner Retention and Performance

Level of contact:

Internal: Senior management team, contact with all departments with emphasis on customer marketing, sales, client services and systems.
External: Financial Publication and Internet executives and business development managers and Vendors

Main Responsibilities

Media Partner Account Management
Partnership Development
Identify partner targets for PrecisionIR products and strategies for successful engagement
Develop proposals and presentations to generate interest and action on part of target partners
Manage implementation of programs to capitalize on partner potential
Liaise with Systems to effect successful implementations
Relationship Management
Ongoing account management to ensure partner satisfaction
Ongoing account development to ensure partner potential is maximized
Sales of range of PrecisionIR products into established partnerships
Quality assurance on all partnerships
Reporting and Analysis
Weekly and monthly reporting internally
Weekly and monthly reporting externally to partners
Analysis of results and recommendations for improvements
Management of contracts and commission reports and payments

Partner development in terms year on year growth in Media Partner volumes
Partner implementation of new programs/products
