Context and purpose of the job within the organization
Sell additional products and services to expand client participation in full range of program. Management of client relationships to ensure client satisfaction with long-term participation in the service.
Level of Contact
Internal: Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Executive, CFO and Finance associates, Customer Marketing, Marketing, Inventory Control Manager and Inventory Control Specialists, Client Data Administrator, EU Client Services Managers
External: Clients
Main Responsibilities
- Sell new services to existing clients (upgrade service level) (50% sales, 50% retention)
- Manage assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and continued participation in PrecisionIR services
- Respond effectively to client inquiries/requests
- Track and report client contact activities within Salesforce
- Travel to clients and industry events as required (less than 10% of year)
- Maintain accurate client records
