Context and purpose of the job within the organization
Develop new product and product enhancements for existing products. The products are web based.
Core Languages / Databases
The core languages are ASP, APSX, .Net, Ajax controls, HTML, Javascript, CSS, and XML. The databases are SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.

- Internal: internal associates at all levels at or below upper management, and in all operating units

Main Responsibilities
- Knowledge
- Computer Science education and/or at least 2 years work experience in tools and practices to develop scalable, robust Web applications for difficult business challenges.
- Understanding of good UI design principles and implementation in a Web environment.
- Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft development technologies with 2 years experience using .NET/C# and an understanding of ASP, and HTML.

- Role
- Participate in technical design, development and implementation of the web based applications
- Design and code programs; create test transactions and run tests to find errors and revise programs
- Write documentation as needed.
- Maintain current clients web sites.
- Develop new sites and change existing.
- Modify existing programs for new functionality and fixes
- Basic graphic designing using tools such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver or Fireworks.
- Rotate oncall support for after hour updates to the websites.
- Design and code programs; create test transactions and run tests to find errors and revise programs
