New presenter and participant interfaces give presenters more branding options. Clients can prominently display their logo or graphics in the presentation console and they can change the color of the interface to any HTML hexadecimal color to compliment their product or corporate branding.

Advanced On-Demand Replays

Automatic indexing of on-demand rich media presentations and recorded web events provides viewers with complete control to navigate within the event. Since the indexing occurs automatically, web event archives can be posted and viewed instantly.

Availability and Pricing

As an Application Service Provider (ASP) or hosted solution, Vcall Web Conferencing 4.0 does not require customers to load new software nor plan a “migration path” as other web conferencing products require. The solution is usable immediately. Pricing is designed to fit customers needs “per event,” “per minute” or “per seat.”

Full-Service Vcall Web Conferencing offers per-event flat rate pricing starting at $675 (USD) and discounts are available based on volume. No long-term commitment is required. Full-Service pricing includes unlimited event management and support beyond the industry standard, including:
